"Needed a hotel for a quick stay.
Thought it was just another low-price no-service and no-soul hotel. But we were wrong… The room was brand new without anything extraordinary, but worked perfectly and with very good bed.
Tiffan in the reception was awesome and super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. She recommended a few places to eat.
Breakfast was great - and the hotel owner / manager was circulating around the guests asking if we were satisfied - that is very rare but highly...
"Nice budget hotel. Good location for football stadium with a few bars / takeaways very close by, Staff were friendly and the hotel / rooms were well maintained with good air conditioning and a late check out time."
"Could use washcloths, hair dryer, conditioner and lotion in room.

"Hotel was in renovation, I had to change my room 3 times for noise. In Sunday I wake up with drill sound at my next room. Our reservation was including breakfast but breakfast was terrible, there is a lot of flies in jam jars. In morning I asked scrambled egg, front desk woman yelling me , no eggs. I asked egg at eight in the morning. I am disappointed . Also hotel was not cheap.
How will you or hotel compensate for my awful holiday?

"Climatisation cut for no raison. Rooms are very hot if it does not work.
One staff to make breakfast and do the reception. Lots of thing are missing during breakfast.

"J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel. Le personnel était serviable, chaleureux et attentionné. J'aurais juste une remarque à formuler : les serviettes suspendues ne doivent pas être changées. J'ai suivi les instructions affichées dans la salle de bain pour le changement des serviettes, mais celles que j'avais suspendues ont quand même été changées. J'aurais aimé qu'elles soient laissées pour le bien de l'environnement.
Cependant, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel et à le recommander chaudement à un ami. Merci, et bravo à tous !"
"I was kind if skeptical about this place because of the low price and its proximity to the train station. Wow was I wrong! We loved everything about this place. Directly across the street from the train station. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was very modern with comfortable beds, great linens and pillows, awesome shower with great water pressure. Extremely quiet and you can set the AC to be extremely cold if you want. Convenient outlets by the bed along with full light controls. The room design was very well thought out and efficient. I honestly can’t imagine why I would stay anywhere else in Lyon. A near perfect stay!"
"The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, only issue is that it is on top of the mountain and you need the tram to get to town. Not much close by and Ubers are hard to come by, not a lot of options for eating around "
