Whether you're roasting marshmallows by the campfire or exploring the nearby hiking trails, there's something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. My family farm is a working farm meaning you may hear sounds of us working on the farm, working with the animals, or the animals themselves. We have an outdoor livestock guardian dog Zeus who is fenced with the animals and you may hear him doing his job of field protection during the night. You might see one of our 4 barn cats (Skittles, Poseidon, Gryf, and Hermione) that freely roam, or a drive-by encounter of our friendly pet black Labrador Kaiya splashing in the creek.
Creekside Haven is a family owned outdoor canvas camp located 25 minutes north of Morgantown, WV and 1.5 hours south of Pittsburgh, PA on a bucolic 100-acre working family farm. Part forest, part field, and miles to roam. Listen to sheep and goats calling and grazing peacefully. A unique and intimate back-to-nature experience surrounded by outstanding natural beauty.

Great location, private, next to a creek and on a farm. Roomy and very comfortable beds. The outdoor bathroom was large and the shower was also very nice. We loved the privacy and fresh eggs. My niece loved walking amidst the animals in the morning.
This was an amazing romantic weekend for us. We stayed on site 2, with the fire fueled hot tub. It was so relaxing and the property was beautiful and well maintained. It is camping with everything you would need. All you need to bring are your clothes, family, and friends. We are already planning our next vacation and this times, if the kids are lucky, they can come too. The property owners were amazing and very responsive. We were given a tour of the property which is 101 acres of beautiful country. I highly recommend staying at this working farm.
This was our second time staying at this lovely property. It’s the perfect amount of outdoors and comfortable accommodations. We encountered some storms but held up in the tent!
We stayed here for the WVU vs Pitt Backyard braw 2025. Convenient to Morganton. The setting was very nice on a stream in the woods. we loved the shower, and the wood fired hot tub. We would certainly consider returning.
By far the coolest, my beautiful and relaxing VRBO we have ever stayed at. The bell tent with the 2 queen beds was very large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of the stream and wildlife was so relaxing. Every amenity you’d expect were provided and honestly better quality then many other VRBO’s. Close and convenient to Morgantown, which is why we were in town. We will be back for a longer stay without having other commitments at WVU. The host was so nice! Highly recommend!
This place is amazing, falling asleep listening to the running water and wild turkeys is the best. The shower is great never runs out of hot water. This is by far the best place to stay if you love nature. The host is great and easy to get a hold of. We just booked for a week in September. Just love it.
This was the second time we stayed. The first time we stayed at the first site. Both sites are excellent. Everything is clean and ready to go. The bottle of wine is a nice touch. We also had sausage off the farm for breakfast and ended up buying more to take home, it was that good. The owner was quick to communicate and answer all of my questions. We will be back next year.
We rented both Yurts for a family fun adventure. We would spend most of each day doing nearby activities - caving and white water rafting etc. The yurts were a relaxing and fun place to return to each evening. The kids loved playing in the stream that ran along side the Yurts and adults loved relaxing by the water and the campfire. The beds are very comfortable and the shower at yurt #2 is amazing!!! We had a lot of fun! We learned that the owner is now offering trail rides too- we already think we should return for that
This creekside property was the perfect spot to disconnect- I only wish I had booked more nights! There were so many thoughtful touches and accommodations like extra blankets, big cozy towels, dining utensils and electric outlets that made the experience extra comfortable for less-experienced campers like ourselves! The wood-fired soaking tub was such a treat to enjoy under the stars. The farm and surrounding property are beautiful. I highly recommended wandering around the woods and creek. We found ourselves sharing the site with several great blue heron that are nested in treetops just downstream from the tent and heard the sounds of owls in the trees at night. Just lovely!
