"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."

"Triple room. 1Q+1Super Single. Big. Clean. Poorly designed toilet & bathroom. Bathroom and toilet are in separate areas. Toilet has no sink. Wash basin/sink is in bathroom. Need to go out to the bathroom to wash hands. Bidet in room #204 is leaking and causes ‘a pool’ in the toilet. The Double bed is good but the super single isn’t comfortable.
