"We had stayed at this property before, but were pleasantly surprised with the improvements and upgrades we noticed. Especially noteworthy the spa and very nice pool that make relaxing after a tiring trip so much easier. What made the biggest impression, however, was the wonderful coffee(!!) and the friendliness of the kitchen/breakfast area staff. The whole area is very neat, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished!"

"De Patel is so warm and inviting and goes above and beyond to take care of the needs of her guests. Her personality alone is making me go back there. She’s also hard-working and keeps very clean units and is fixing up a place that needed work."

Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit.
