"Did not respond to a question about accepting credit card to pay and there was no ATM in the town of Barra de Navidad. Took us Two days to get the cash to pay which cost us those days to actually enjoy ourselves. "

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. Aun as í las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas."
