"Location of the apartments did not correspond to advertised. They advertised central part of Scarborough in 0.1 mile from Botanical gardens. Really they are not in Scarborough. The apartments are located in residential area 10 miles from downtown. No attractions, food, shopping or beaches were in walking distance. Even for dinner we needed to call taxi. The phone number provided by the apartments at booking was disconnected. We needed to call to hotels.com for assistance. The key from the door...

"Nice home away from home. Everything is within walking distance. My son and I enjoyed feeding the chickens every morning... We will be back!!!!"

"This was the perfect little space for us to have a comfortable place to sleep with a (bonus) working tv. We used the kitchen to cook too. Everything was clean and it was nice having beach towels provided. The only negative I'd mention was the space smelled of mothballs, but I'll take that over moths. There was plenty of space to park and the area was quiet at night. It was within walking distance of a few places to eat and the beach. Miss Norma was very friendly and we enjoyed our time here."

"Jonesy's Country Haven Inn is a comfortable property in tiny Pembroke. It was clean and cozy, with good air conditioning and a calm setting. Beckie, the owner of the inn, was very helpful. It is challenging to find the location, so call the property before arriving. Also, you will need a car to access any amenities or points of interest nearby.
