"The location is great and I was really happy with my stay up until day 4 where I was rudely awakened to the hostels receptionist banging a guest in the bunk across from mine; there’s a time and place for everything - I found that situation to be a extremely disrespectful to me (a guest) Other than that I liked the location and amenities."

"There was no-one to meet or greet. It took ages to be admitted. The accomodation was on the third floor with no elevator. It consisted of 3 bedrooms sharing a single bathroom and dining space. We checked out after one night. You would be well advised to remove this dump from your list."

"Very comfortable and relaxing stay for the family. Pool is a lot of fun for kids. Rooms are spacious , beds comfortable. Staff (Jorge) is friendly and helpful. We will definitely return."

"The check in instructions were not clear. No additional information provided such as a local number. No way to contact anyone. I was locked out. I will never rent from them again. Why they don't just offer a phone number to contact is beyond me."
