"Riad Zitouna is a wonderful place to stay in Fes. For first time guests to Fes, you will probably need Olivier to meet you at the edge of the medina to show you where the place is. The rooms are beautiful and the rooftop decks have a great view of Fes and the medina, especially at sunrise/sunset. The owners are very nice and helpful."

"Llegamos al hotel a las 23:00 en un día lluvioso, y nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de mostrársela impresa. Nos dieron como “solución alternativa” hospedarnos en otro Riad a cambio de 50 euros, sin factura ni otra documentación. Dada las horas, aceptamos la estafa y reserve otro Riad al día siguiente. No recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún concepto."
