"My first time in Vietnam & this was the perfect starter choice for budget solo travelers like myself to start after landing. It's a fantastic location once you get to know the area & learn how Da Nang works. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comes with amenities, etc. the staff is very friendly & speak decent English to communicate, check in is very fast & easy. There's much more but you can experience for yourself! Highly recommend. "

"Staff was very kind, though they gave me the wrong room & I had to get a ride at night all the way back to the hotel from My An to move my stuff to another room, they were very confused when checking me in.. there's no description or signs showing that they charge for water from your fridge, the TV didn't work & my room had no window. Again, the staff was very kind & friendly, there's just a lot of room for improvement. If things were up to date it would be a better experience. Cảm ơn"

"The pictures were NOTHING like the property. It was very old and dirty. Check in was done on paper. Zero amenities. Walls and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. The house shoes were also very old and there was an old towel coming out of bathroom. Key was a normal house key and door was not secure. We walked out 5 min after going in and lost 4 nights that we paid for and went to a new hotel. It took us 20 minutes to find a car that would come get us because it was so far from town. "
