"was real bad the first day, I can not sleep the ac have a lot noise, I report whit the owner and he tell me I make the reservation whit hotels.com and they can not refund the money for the next night, the second night wass a really bad storm and I call them to com to see the storm and the leak in the room the say I have to sleep in the couch o leave I believe this is no way to treat at customer I ask for the money back for tha day and the refuse I belive you has to fix this problem the room wASS...
