"The property looked like it was maybe going through a remodel, but in the condition it was in, I would not have rented rooms out. The room was substandard and thankfully we just needed it for a few hours to refresh. We didn't trust the bathtub as the bathroom was dingy and covered in old stains. "

"We had a last minute trip and arrived late in the evening. Check-in agent was friendly enough. But the room had a very bad odor. We had to literally clean the hard surfaces ourselves before we could even unpack. Outside of toilet was soiled with urine and hair, counter surfaces and mirrors were dirty and the floor was so gross, we couldn’t take our shoes off until I hand mopped it. Linens and towels smelled clean but were heavily stained. We didn’t expect the room to be glamorous for the price, but we did expect it to be clean. Only decided to stay because we were too tired to deal with finding something else at that hour. But once we cleaned it ourselves to a reasonable degree, it was tolerable."
