"No hot water in the room. Exceptionally noisy all night long. Light fixture hanging off of the wall with exposed wiring. Towels smelled like cat. Demanded cash deposit."

"This is an excellent location. Close to Nagoya Mall , 5 mins walk. Lots of food places, all types of cuisine. Hotel is immaculate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is really safe and secure. Watching the ships in the bay is absorbing ans from my room I can see MBS in Singapore. "
