"We really did love this hotel. It had a lot of character and history. The staff were so friendly and kind. The A/C was very nice and really needed since it was a 103 degrees. It was great for one night. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and highly recommend. They provide ear plugs and it is much needed. Not sure what party was going on in the hotel but very difficult to sleep through. We stayed on a Saturday so that might be why. It went on all night. The breakfast was delicious and so...

"Bonjour, De mariage à St Julien de pinet samedi soir, nous avons préféré dormir près du lieu plutot que de prendre la route la nuit. Nous avons eu raison car nous avons passé la nuit à l hotel Le Cygne à Yssingeaux. Nous vous la recommandons tant pour l accueil que pour la propreté. Hotel agréable. Merci. Chantal R."

"Location is great, in reach of both Tain l'hermitage just by crossing the bridge and Tournon. Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours talking till about 2am. Bathroom is on the small side."
