"Terrible experience, avoid booking this hotel! There was a misbilling issue occurred between hotel and Expedia, the hotel urged me to pay what I paid before so I double charged, I asked them to contact Expedia however they keep calling me by the phone and never gave me peace during my stay, they even dropped a letter threatening me to leave and whilst I was in shower the door knocked m, the hotel staff called police, after my explanation and proof of payment they still obliged me to pay the...

"Friendly and kind staffs, best location, perfect breakfast but lots of noise because of the area."

"Hotel not for tourists. signs warn "no one under the age of 18 permitted on premisis." Rooms are windowless, beds/sheets old. TV has only porn and crime news. Neighborhood deserted at night."

"No 24h reception as advertised. We didn't have the front door key, so we had to phone call someone to open the door or bang the door until heard. Bathroom door doesn't close. The assigned room had the wrong number of beds. We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast."

"The area of access, beach, supermarket etc... very good. Staff and managers are very friedely. But the café da manha should be improved and the furnitures and stuffs needs to be updated. Over all I was happy as I was alone and the beach was just in the corner which was my priority. That beach very good and walking distance of 5 minutes. "
