"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. "The view is beautiful as this hotel sits atop a mountain. The windows in the dining area allow you to see across the whole city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always greeted me by name and were ready to serve. "
