We felt that the new hotel was of a lower standard than the one we had initially booked; however, the receptionist informed us that both hotels are of the same grade. The surroundings of the new hotel appeared slightly disorganized, and there was a gambling shop situated at the street corner nearby."

"There was an issue with the amount charged. Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel. It is however located in a quiet alley. It could be quite scary if you are arriving late at night."
