"It was a lovely stay"

"This property is less than 12 months old. I spilled some water on the dark bathroom floor. I grabbed the bath mat to wipe it up. Surprisingly when I wiped up what appeared to be a clean bathroom the floor was filthy and the towel was brown with dirt. They are not on their A game. The breakfast room was not very clean either lots of debris on the floor under many table and it wasn’t very busy."

"Beautiful rooms, very modern and cozy. Breakfast was fair, good food, cozy space, accommodating. I was a little concern with the walkout door in by room, was not sure about the neighborhood and had 2 kids with me, so I got a little concern, but everything was great!"

"Nice grab-and-go breakfast. The pool was awesome for the kids. Staff were friendly. The room was a bit small but modern. We had to move the beds together to make a super bed because we have young children who may fall out otherwise. When we did this we exposed a dirty floor underneath as well as a condom wrapper. So that wasn’t great. "

"It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. The mattress could do with a replacement. But everything else was great: very clean, close to downtown, practical amenities in the room, nice concierge...

"Clean, comfortable, easy check in & out. We booked this hotel to relax at the hot tub, pool & sauna in the evening. However, once checked in we learned the hot tub was not hot and the sauna has not worked for the last 2 years. "

"Great value for money! Towels, soap and shower gel provided, free breakfast every morning, and comfortable beds. Kitchen was being repaired while I was there, otherwise the facilities were great."
