Located less than 5 miles from Holiday World & Splashin' Safari and right next door to Louie's Tavern, a local favorite restaurant & bar. Great place to get dinner.

We absolutely loved this property and truly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with our family over Christmas and stayed through New Year’s Day. The home was spotless, well maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The owners were wonderful—very kind and attentive, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. Our primary reason for the trip was to visit Santa Claus, IN, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away. We were also within two hours of Evansville and Kentucky, both of which offered plenty of activities and attractions. We’re already planning a return trip this summer to visit Holiday World and explore the Indiana Caverns, and we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful experience! Easy to book, full of charm, clean, comfy, and close to Holiday World. Very family friendly with toys/games provided. Will definitely be booking to stay again!

Great place!! Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The yard was nice for and its so close to Holiday world and other attractions. Will definitely be returning when we’re in the area!!

This stay was fantastic! It took me all the way back from staying at my grandparents house, so nostalgic. It had everything we needed & more. The kids loved it, the family couldnt get over how cute the how was & the hospitality. Miss Laura was an amazing host, very kind & thoughtful. We will always stay here. BOOK it TODAY!

Visit to Holiday World July 2025

The house very warm and inviting. It's well stocked, comfortable beds. Our grandsons played basketball, there is Corn Hole, games. We sat outside in the morning under the fan. It's decorated very cute too. We had everything we needed. The host, Laura, checked in with us a couple of times over our 3 days there. We would stay there again. Highly recommend this house!

The property is older, but it was clean and well stocked. The layout was rather odd as the washing machine and dryer were in the bedroom.We did have some trouble finding the location when we arrived after dark as it is off of a side street and the driveway is not well marked. Once there we had no trouble getting into the house.Also, it is next-door to a tavern. That did not bother us, but it may some people as this is not disclosed. The biggest complaint is the noise from the highway that runs directly in front of the house. The noise was loud in the bedroom with windows facing the street which made it almost impossible to sleep well. Although we were aware of this before we booked and made arrangements to have supplies, the house is not near any conveniences such as grocery stores which are miles away on rural roads.

We're staying for a family wedding that turned out to be 1/2 block from the Church and 1 block from the reception. It was a great location for us with plenty of space.
