"I liked the cleanliness of the space, the shower was a favorite. Bed was also comfortable. My biggest issue with this area was the parking situation. We were warned ahead of time, which I appreciate, but we got a note left the morning we left, on our rental about where we parked the night before even though there was nowhere else to park. The room itself was a little cramped, but overall was alright. Great location because it's close to everything. Would recommend for a short stay."
"Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. You hear it all day and all night no blankets were provided. Blowup mattress turned into a taco in two hours. The so-called futon couch is meant for a child and didn’t open up. We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had...
"This is definitely a one night spot for me. Access to public transportation was great and convenient food choices near by. But there’s a lot of homeless, druggies and SW in the area. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely didn’t give super welcoming. The bathroom was gross so we didn’t use the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Overall I would come back for one night in needed but wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay longer than that."
"Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are having to go across the street to get ice and no phone in the room. "

10/10 Excellent
"All of the staff was SO nice. This was definitely the highlight of the trip.
The hotel coffee bar and restaurant were entirely fine. I probably would have ventured out further, but I walked quite a lot during the day and by dinner time, I was just exhausted, so it was nice to have the ability to get decent food in the hotel. That being said, there were many restaurants in walking distance, so you should definitely try them out if your feet still have energy left at the end of the day.
The property is very conveniently located to the Space Needle/Museum of Pop Culture/Chihuly and the other things in that area. You can also hop the monorail to get down to the central area shopping, which is nice. I took the bus/trolley to Northern Queen Anne and Fremont, which is where my business for this trip was based.
I learned on my way out that I could take monorail to Westlake and transfer to the light rail toward the airport, and that whole trip cost me $4, which was a lot better than a $40+ Uber ride. If I stay there again, I will definitely do that.
And I would stay again. A few things to be aware of: it was not the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, but also not the worst. I would not say it was quiet--I could hear the footsteps of the people upstairs and conversations in the hall. Luckily, I was on east coast time, so I had been long awake by 7am, when people were having FULL VOLUME conversations out in the hallway. I suppose some folks are not aware of how sound travels."
"I liked that it was easy to check in and out and the staff was super helpful. I like being able to do everything on my phone through the app. The interior and vibe is also really nice! "
"Great food at Oliver’s. The gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. The decor may be dated 1980s-1990s, but clean and in great condition, and we loved it. It’s a gem of a hotel in a perfect location. "
