"I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash.
