"This hotel is a two mile walk from the town with no shops/supermarket to purchase food or drink. We got breakfast and dinner but then nowhere to buy anything for lunch and they charge you for water from the bar/kitchen. The fridge in the room was only big enough to hold two bottles of water and didn't even keep it cool. "This was a lovely property -- I can't say enough good about it and the proprietors. They were *lovely* -- some of the nicest people we met in Greece, and that's saying a lot. "What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn't find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some falo music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you'll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!"
