"This property was beautiful and the staff were beyond kind. It was nice to have eating options withing the compound, but there were also street vendors on the main road. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and clouds from their viewing area is a really wonderful experience. Definitely a great option if you're interested Santa Anna (plus close to the Santa Anna volcano). Definitely a must visit!!"

"Este es el peor hotel en el que he pasado la noche, terrible! Yo reservé un cuarto con 3 camas, tenían dos cañas nuevas y 1 parecía que la sacaron de un basurero adjunto fotos. Llame a recepción y le dije a la muchacha que esa cama daba asco. Me cambiaron de cuarto donde tuve 2 camas viejas y una súper vieja a la que le taparon la base sucia y vieja con una sábana.
