"Vi boede tre nætter. Et lidt nedslidt hotel. Især værelse og det meget lille badeværelse trængte til renovering. Men placering centralt i Tranebjerg var perfekt for udflugter rundt på hyggelige Samsø. Fin morgenmadsbuffet og god service, hvor de var hurtige til at fylde op og soignere buffet og borde. Vi spiste en enkel aften på hotellets restaurant, og det var en virkelig lækker tre-retters menu som var flot anrettet og velsmagende. "

"The owner greeted us with great enthusiasm. She immediately made us feel like family. We stayed in room 13. It has a charming bay seating area and a brick patio off the front door with a fine wicker table and chairs for two. The room is quiet and clean with sleeping for three. We had never stayed at a pension before. Our experience here changed our bias. Would stay here again!"

"Very charming place. Big, comfortable beds, loved that we had a full kitchen and parking right in front. They even will do your laundry for a minimal fee"

"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."
