"We have just returned from a family vacation and have truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel the location is excellent being in the 2nd Penninsular there is more to do here for families with kids. The duplex room is worth booking at it offers more space and 2 bathrooms helps. Rooms are cleaned daily. The location is perfect and the beach is amazing with crystal clear water and calm sea. "Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."
