"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. "Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

"Wonderful hidden gem. Friendly family run staff. They were patient and helpful with our English speaking questions. They went above and beyond by providing a tour of the property and help navigating the area. From reviews I knew it was a beautiful setting on a hill as with a good breakfast. Additional nice surprises: sitting room with chess board, game room with pool and table tennis, easy access to walking trails, wonder dinner onsite, and a heated pool. The dinners were excellent 4 course meals with great daily choices. Honestly, some of the best food we have had on our trip through Austria. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight. The water was bathing warm. So relaxing with a scenic view. Off the valley and mountains. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay and one I hope to repeat again."
