Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. "Amazing hidden gem - well located for all the nearby activities of Kruger and blyde river canyon. The suites are huge with a lovely outdoor shower and great kitchen. The perfect terrace for bbqs and a plunge pool for when it’s hot. The owners are also really engaging with lots of advice on the area and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the cottage and it was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden was amazing with our own outdoor fireplace. Even during loadshedding there was still light, water and wifi 😉. And every day we could play with the dogs. The food was really amazing. The chef makes delicious dishes. Host Annie is also the best, she knows what her guests like. You can ask her anything, nothing is impossible. We would definitely go back!"
