"The location of the Hotel was close to the area we were looking at visiting. The price is very reasonable compared to some of the other hotels. Many dining options available, a close walk to The Waves precinct. Many rooms also have access to a common spacious lounge area (2 rooms per lounge room) which was great as I was able to sit there to walk without being crammed in a room. "First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. "This was close to the airport and a good value, but the description of each apartment was inaccurate on Travelocity, which is not something you want to find out about when you arrive after midnight with 2 kids in tow. I hope they fix their Travelocity entry. Namely, we chose a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment, which was described as offering a King sized bed AND two Twin beds, sleeps 6 people. This was not the case for this apartment, so they gave us a 2 bedroom instead, which has this offering. I...
