The room was clean, the bed was comfortable - but the lights were broken as was the door handle in the bathroom (when I made the mistake of closing the door, I could not open it from the inside and had to be rescued!). Overall, a very bad experience."

The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint.
