"The hotel is overall very good and welcoming, with friendly and hospitable staff and so clean. My main criticism is that there was not a single glass or cup in the room for drinking water. Also, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place a toothbrush, shaving items, or other toiletries. Normally, most hotel bathrooms provide at least a cup or a small holder for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lack of a shower door or curtain, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get completely wet after every shower."

"Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location near to all main sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room had good facilities but could have done with a bit of updating but overall would recommend."

"Clean room. Nice hot shower. Friendly, helpful staff (they make great restaurant recommendations). Convenient location as it is just across the bridge from the old town marketplace with several eating and shopping options. Small but sufficient breakfast."
