"I would never stay here again. It is in an area with nothing near it. A few fast food places but the are still a walk. Absolutely no safety in their bathrooms. I had a horrible fall. They were aware and moved us. But barely taking notice. No manager checked on me . Im a bruised mess. They didn't even offer an ambulance. Free breakfast was horrible. Nothing was covered that wasn't hot. So danish were hard and burnt. The food was all cold and almost in edible. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The piol area was also slippery as hell and a kid, who was not running fell. A dangerous place"

"We had an amazing stay at Jasper Tonquin Inn thanks to the incredible hospitality from Maricel and Sukh. We checked in around 9:45 PM and were told the hot tub would be closing at 10:00 PM. While joking with my girlfriend about rushing to the hot tub, Maricel and Sukh shared a smile—and just moments later, they completely surprised us with an upgrade to their best suite, which even included a private sauna. The suite was huge—easily the largest room we’ve ever stayed in here. It had two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a king), a spacious living room, dining area, and a full kitchen. We honestly felt incredibly lucky. When I mentioned we wouldn’t use the second bedroom to save housekeeping some work, they kindly insisted it was no problem and just wanted us to fully enjoy the experience. I’ve been coming to this hotel for ski trips for over a decade. While it may not be the most modern or luxurious property in Jasper, it’s a place we keep returning to because of the memories—and this experience just added another great one. A big thank you to Maricel and Sukh for going above and beyond to make our night special. We’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend this place to our friends."

"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "
