"การเข้าห้องพักลำบากมาก ขนาดเป็นวัยรุ่นอายุไม่ถึง 30 เดินขึ้นๆลงๆกันจนมึนไปหมด เดินยาก เดินลำบาก ถ้าใครสายตาไม่ดี มีปัญหาข้อเข่าปัญหาสุขภาพ ไม่ได้แข็งแรง หรือมาเที่ยวชิลๆแล้วไม่อยากจะเดินเยอะมาก ไม่แนะนำ // เรื่องของการบริการ สต๊าฟบางคนน่ารักมากกกกก มากๆ เช่นสต๊าฟที่รอเช็คอินห้องถึงเราจะติดปัญหาการเดินทาง สต๊าฟที่อยู่ช่วยยกกระเป๋าและขนกระเป๋าเข้าที่พัก สต๊าฟกลุมนี้ดีมาก ขอชื่นชม มีแค่คนสองคนที่ดูไม่ค่อยรับแขกและค่อนข้างเขี้ยวมาก เพื่อนร่วมทริปไม่ประทับใจเลย...

"A week after booking via hotel.com, the hotel contacted back saying they made a mistake overbooking and asked to move us to the cave like room. The room was very stuffy with no window. ---The waterfall view was great. The food was okay."

"Hardware and software are both excellent Staff from checking us in , gentleman driving goft cart to our room ,waiter in the Loyrhom (dining room) are very helpful and informative. Room itself is clean well equipped and spacious with a view Definitely we will come back."
