"First the Staffs do not know how to react when the entire amount has been paid in advance. It seems like this was the first time for them. We paid in advance for Room and full Breakfast and Dinner, but they directed to Room services who said it will be charged. then after lot of convincing and then agreeing to the fact that the payment has been already made they started saying you can only have Rs.400 as food for two persons, Where as we paid more than Rs. 3500 for Room and Food for one...

"There was nothing to like about the property besides a couple of helpful staff. Overall, unkept and unhygienic. The bathroom smelt of sewage, and ofter there would be a loud gurgling sound of water flowing down the sewage pipe from another floor. On arrival, we noticed that the bed line had been used and smelling. They changed this on our asking. Food overall was reasonably good, though we were concerned about the hygiene aspect given the overall ambience. We booked this property not expecting...

"Horrible hotel! Such a nasty experience at FabHotel Ekamura Greens. Completely misleading to the customer. Everything about it is so bad. There is no proper road to reach, no nearby shops for snack and tea, geyser was there but not working, so small room, not even a rack to keep the clothes. Over the top the staffs are not cooperative. I refrain everyone to book this hotel. A note to the hotel management team, please take my review honestly and make it a customer friendly atmosphere. "

"When we arrived, the hotel said that they were not expecting us, as they had not received our booking. Fortunately we had a copy of the e-mail and proof of payment. It turns out that Expedia had forwarded the booking information to OYO, who did not forward it to the hotel. The reception staff were fantastic and despite being full that night they eventually managed to find us a room that had just been cancelled. The room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal restaurant was excellent. "
