"Very close to malls and restaurants. Hotel was clean and cozy. Staff were helpful. No Free parking (charged at RM 15 per day) if you've rented a car. As such 2 less star for the facilities."

"Great location for a night stops over to catch an early flight next day as it is near the KKIA airport. hotel surrounding full of eatery and pubs for a meal to drinks. set back only that the place can be noisy at night but overall i would recommend this place for reasonable prices for good bed, bathroom and no worries for food and drinks. would come back to stay here for a short stay. "

"The location of the hotel is great, waterfront, close to Gaya Street Night Market and the Filipino Market, with a local mall across the street. No shortage of food options. If you’re going on excursions out of town, there’s easy pick up from this hotel. The buffet breakfast at the in-house restaurant is decent. My only issues, which have nothing to do with the hotel itself are: the men on every corner offering flyers for massages. It’s very annoying as it’s constant and second, the smell of...

"the parking area is a bit scary and the elevator to the parking area is a nightmare because there’s only one lift and the wait could be long. self check in might be troublesome as the staff dont really give you complete information"

"The staff was very kind helping us navigate the check in. The “king and twin” room was very spacious. There were local options for eating around as well as conscience stores. Great for our one night stay before our flight the next morning. "

"This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!"
