"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, ruhig und angenehm. Ausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation könnte etwas besser sein. Das die Schlüsselrückgabe in Dziwnow erfolgt, geht gar nicht - mühsam, zeitraubend und somit nervend. Man sollte die Möglichkeit haben, die Schlüssel direkt in der Nähe des Apartments abzugeben, z.B. beim Portier bei der Einfahrt."
