"The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station--very convenient. Check in took too much time (my name was not easily found in their computer). Also, they were not very helpful about transportation to Komatsu airport. "

"This hotel is wonderful with amenities such as hot onsen to relax and recover tired legs and body. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff welcoming but didn’t speak English so it was a bit lost in translation. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a distance walk from train station and buses. 18 minute walk. Probably will reconsider in future while it can be a distance...

"Both Western & Japanese breakfast we’re excellent; servers were energetic & efficient. Lobby & coin laundry area seemed to be updated/remodeled but rooms were retro with outdated fixtures; rooms had the old fashioned keys with the room number, not card keys! But it was a clean & nice stay."
