Staff at reception were friendly and helpful booking a taxi for us back to the airport. The location is great for petit france access and also close to the station. I would happily stay here again."

I also appreciated the efficient and convenient luggage-storage system. They offer self-service lockers where you can store your bags securely using your own code. Overall, a great stay"

"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "
