However the staff did not know English very well, on top of it gave us the highest room in the building when it was three of us with big suitcases and no lift!! They didn’t clean our beds and breakfast was limited. Very mid service from staff."

"We arrived at the hotel; it was all chained up at the gates. We called hotel but just got an answer phone message. We also called hotels.com to inform them of the hotel had shut down. They tried to contact them but failed to get a response. So we never stayed and I am awaiting a refund for the trip. Further later that week in the town I spoke to local people and they confirmed to me that the hotel was shut down over 2 years ago due to financial issues. "
