"This is a brand new hotel. We were the first Expedia customers staying here. We were extremely happy with our stay. We had a great view of the water and harbour area of Ksamil. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was was one of best we had during our stay in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views. It is also where you eat breakfast. The staff working there are also wonderful. They are personable and truly want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Casa Noste apartments are located on the hillside of Saranda, if you are on the wheelchair this is not the place for you; other than that it is the best place I ever stayed in Europe. The apartment is very clean, spacious and its amenities are in excellent condition. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wish to have a great vacation in Saranda, Albania."

"I stayed 5 nights at Hotel JoAn. The first thing I should say is that the girls at the reception are very kind and helpful. The room was a bit different than expected. I paid for a room with a king size bed, and was given a queen. The couch was defective because you could feel the springs if you sat on it, and was sort of caved in in one spot (but not visible to the eye- only once you sit). My room was directly next to a bar that played very loud music 4 out of the 5 nights, so I didn’t sleep...

"Really good property. Good value for money. Clean and got everything as advertised. Ants seem to be problem in the area and there might be few in the apartment. No mosquitoes. Had bit of trouble with shower, power cuts out sometimes..Seems to be our luck in that region. However, owner communicated swiftly. Area slightly run down, but only 15 minutes walk from beach/promenade/port and other amenities. Couldn’t ask for more with the price, would recommend. "

"When I reached there, I could not find any indication for check-in. Luckily, my private tour guide and driver helped me to call them, as I only had wifi data, without local sim card to make a call. Second thing was that there was no hair dryer as mentioned!! I sent message via what's app but they didn't speak English. Eventually I asked neighbors where they were to borrow one. "This hotel is run by multiple generations of the same family who were all so nice and welcoming. The lady owner was a delight, whilst she didn’t speak English we communicated in other ways and she even got us a little gift when we left. The hotel beach is a 2km walk away but is much nicer than the others which are far busier and all had awful loud pumping music and again nothing was to much trouble for the staff there. "Nice boutique hotel steps from the beach and with a small rooftop pool. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and nice pillows. Free parking available which was great. The hotel is about 30min walk to the port area where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. "
