"Terrible. No one at the reception and we have to wait for more then 15mins before get into our room. The hotel a bit dull and the smell is terrible like an old building. Poor cleanliness. You can see dust from the fan ventilation inside toilet"

"Although less than one (1) year old, the place look a bit run-down, maintenance probably can be improved. The included mini-zoo and horse-riding was the main attraction and my kids enjoyed them very much. Though the waster pump sound-insulation could be improved as it was a bit loud during the night."

"Lipis Plaza Hotel is very clean and modern. Wifi worked well and many outlets in the room for charging my devices. (Some hotels have only 2 with the TV and fridge plugged into them. ) Included Breakfast was good. "

Great street view and mountain views in the distance. Several beaches and shopping malls are within 3 to 6 km drive away from Greenlast Hotel. "It’s a good apartment hotel managed by Swiss Garden group. Check in took a lot of time and parking was a hassle, breakfast was below average. Other than that it was a pleasant stay"
