"The second evening there was no hot water until the morning, so it was not possible to take the shower! Temperature regulation in the room was not working, since it was -5 oC outside the room was rather cold. The rest was OK, personel is freindly."

"Very convenient location. A tunnel from the central station that exits steps from the hotel. Walkable to a lot of the places including Grote Markt. Quiet except for the police and ambulance sirens occasionally, which seems unusually loud compared to most places including NY but which the hotel has no control over. Nice size room for a centrally located hotel. Would recommend it."

"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"Good location to come and go from train station. Not the best part of the city but felt safe enough. Bar staff needs to be more attentive to guest. They lost out on a few sales by not paying attention more. Room clean but minimal. "

There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"Simple little hotel just on the outskirts of Brussels. Handy for our work but facilities almost non existent. No bar and no food except for breakfast. The vending machine was out of order. Room spotless and daily house keeping. Complimentary water in the room. "

"A very good hotel if you do not have a car to get around. Only about 7 minutes walk from Brussels central station and in a very safe area. We simply walked to most tourist attractions, plenty of shopping and dining options around. Breakfast was good, room comfortable. "
