"We used the Brit hotel as a base for our trip to Normandy. It’s in a good location for visiting all the historical sites. We stayed in the family room and there was plenty of room for us all (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). A kettle and a few coffee sachets were provided but no cups and milk. However, there was a small supermarket 2 mins away so we purchased cups/milk from there. We didn’t eat at the hotel. So I can not comment on the food. "Only stayed one night - arrived very late and left early the next morning. Friendly staff greeted us on arrival, the room was clean and breakfast buffet was outstanding! Conveniently located near the incredible Caen Memorial Museum and the Caen airport. "

"Very impressed with the service, the staff and the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast was great and included in the price. Room was comfortable, spacious and warm. Bar/breakfast area is lovely. The restaurant is closed at weekends which was disappointing so we bought pizzas from the take away machine next door and sat in the hotel's social area with a few beers! Our dog was made mist welcome too!!"

"We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. "This is a hotel that is part of a chain. A clean and tidy room that had all the basics, but nothing else. It was quiet when we stayed so no noise issues. Located in an industrial type area with a few chain restaurants which is convenient. For the price it suited us well for a 1bnight stay, but would drive us nuts of it was home for a week."
