There is nothing good in this hotel: bad area, dirty rooms (even cockroaches), small bathroom, uncomfortable beds and pillows, noises all around,… even the decorative plants in the corridors are half dead. "Very friendly and helpful service personnel! They made our stay very comfortable and also granted us extra wishes like an additional mattress without issue. The room was fine, although it was not fully clean once you look past the general fancy look. And the surroundings (Mahipalpur) were really dirty and felt unsafe unfortunately."

"The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose...
