"Tiles are all not fixed as they were moving while we step on it. we stayed for 2 nights and nobody bothered to ask us for room make up - so our room was a complete mess. Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested. "The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage.
