"Ich habe ausdrücklich darum gebeten, dass mein Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht betreten und nicht gereinigt wird. Trotzdem sind Mitarbeiter mehrmals in mein Zimmer gegangen, obwohl das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an der Tür hing. Dieses Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel und stellt einen massiven Vertrauensbruch dar. Wenn ein Gast Privatsphäre wünscht, muss diese respektiert werden. Ich habe mich dadurch unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel deshalb nicht...

"Great balcony view. Breakfast same everyday. Room not cleaned properly during stay. Bit far out of the centre. Tram service very good. Pleasant stay but room for improvement. "
