This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. "Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "

"The staff was great, food was good, and the view was incredible. There is no tv or WiFi in room even though it says there is. There is an 11 kilometer drive on a dirt road to get to the hotel. The road is only suitable for trucks and 4x4s. "
