"Staff are friendly and nice when greeting us at arrival. A senior male staff speak good English. Hotel supplied us complementary bottle water to drink. The room and beds are comfortable. Dining room is nicely set up. Breakfast are good with lots of varieties. I would recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to friends and relatives."

"Hotel is just 1 minute's walk from station exit. Reception was attentive. Bedroom was clean, but beds and pillows were too soft. Wash basin was tiny and resulted in water splashing on the floor. Otherwise, it's a reasonable value for money stop-over stay."
