"The hotel was better than expected. We had a nice room with a terrace (view over the ocean) and a balcony (view to the jungle). The room was large and had two king-size beds which was great for our family of four. The AC was silent and effective. The restaurant was good and during the breakfast (you need to order the night before) you have the view yourself. They helped us with the luggage transport from the beach to the hotel and return. "Getting to the property was a little confusing as a foreigner. Eventually I found it & everything was good. Communication with the host was good. Any issues that occurred I was able to inform the host & it was handled promptly. I understand it being in the jungle & or nature habitat so there was naturally bugs & pests, scared me a little but it was fine. I really enjoyed the home it was beautiful!"

"It was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach with the sound of the waves crashing and the birds chirping. Very close to restaurants and all of the tours and the host was awesome and very accommodating! Highly recommend!"

"House was exactly as advertised and had a great view. There was a berry tree in front of the house and every day two red Macaws would perch there followed by two toucans. The breakfast was great and you can walk down the stairs right to the beach. The only drawback was the hike up to the house, but everything else was perfect."

"Beautiful boutique lodge at remote rainforest location. Delicious food and very friendly staff. Location at a hill allowed for beautiful views and birdwatching, with a pair of Scarlet Macaws breeding in a tree right on the property. Access for the last 2 miles after the airstrip requires SUV, but lodge also offers convenient airport pickup from Puerto Jimenez."
