"Old town La Paz hotels are typically older and noisier; Qantu hotel in the middle of the action is no exception. Its location is super convenient and once we moved to the back of the building, it became much quieter. The rooftop offers a great view of the basin, and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with.
