"The kind gentleman checking us in at around 7:30pm was new and unfortunately not familiar with the system. We walked into our assigned room and there was an unknown couple in the bed. Turns out we were given an already occupied room. This was a humiliating experience for all of us, but particularly for the couple in bed. We were then offered another room, but when we walked in we realized it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests left. There was trash and the bed was unmade, etc....

Chairs literally falling apart and you have to hammer the arms back in place. Sofas so old no one would take them for free off the street. Towels shredding. Rug dirty. I travel a lot so I'm used to simple hotels but this one needs an entire overhaul. Breakfast is terrible. Every day only toast, jelly, cheese, ham...

"Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location "

They can organize transportation quickly and conveniently. The restaurant has very good quality food including breakfast and the public space is inviting for meetings. "The property is an old colonial home which years ago was the Panamanian embassy in La Paz. It has high ceilings, spacious rooms, and a colonial atmosphere. It is not comparable to a Marriot or Hilton, but it has the charm that major hotels do not have. I enjoyed the personalized service and made to order breakfasts."

Secure place, close to many ammenities and restourants, very good and diverse breakfast included, kind staff supporting you, amazing!
