Poucas opções, não havia o básico: pão de queijo, requeijão, geleias, sachet de açúcar, adoçante, queijo branco- só apareceu no sábado. Os quartos precisam de roupa de cama e banho novos, mais travesseiro, edredom com aspecto de sujo, difícil acesso ao prédio anexo, a iluminação precária, teve um dia que tive de usar a lanterna do celular . O hotel tem potencial, mas a experiência vivida não me incentiva a retornar ."

"Não gostei do atendimento do Hotels.com O Itacuruca Palace Hotel está fechado com um aviso para se dirigir ao Hotel Plaza ao lado. A noite houve falta de energia e o gerador do Hotel Plaza não funcionou, tivemos que passar a virada do ano dentro do quarto. No dia seguinte o ar condicionado começou a jorrar água no quarto, procurei a gerência e tivemos que trocar de quarto."
