"This hotel offered a modestly priced room that included a refrigerator and microwave, both much appreciated. The room was small, which is to be expected for a modestly priced accommodation. The bed and linens were clean as was the room generally. We happened to stay there when there were several different sets of noisy guests, which revealed how easily outside sound traveled into the room."

The main hotel areas were delightful Our room was Clean and very Comfortable. Great location as we wanted to have dinner at Jim's Steakhouse downtown Peoria. A short walk! "

"A good choice for staying if attending an event at the Civic Center; a short walk. Our room was fine, and there is plenty of parking. I would stay here again just for the easy walk to the arena. No breakfast or amenities to speak of, but I was aware of that when booking."

"We loved this hotel! Rooms are beautiful and spacious! We had the king suite with its own bedroom and living area. It was priced right, clean and had super comfy beds! Highly recommend! Pool area was nice too! "

"The hotel was beautiful. Nice pool, basketball hoop and a lovely outside patio with grill and fire pit. The breakfast choice was not great and the food was awful. Disappointed knowing we paid a lot of money to stay here. Another benefit was we were close to all the stores gas stations and restaurants. "

"Feels like living in a nice city condo rather than a hotel.I like that there is a nice coffee shop downstairs and also a pizza place to eat. Great place to just stay. No workout or pool. Just simple and clean. "
